A 10-year-old genius girl who is pursuing two degrees has been hailed.
 
The girl identified as Adhara Perez Sanchez has a higher IQ than Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, and she wants to colonise Mars.
 
Adhara Pérez Sánchez, from Mexico, scored 162 on her IQ test, which is believed to be two points higher than Einstein and Hawking, two of the cleverest men who ever lived.
 
Adhara hopes to be an astronaut, travelling to space. She also plans to colonize Mars.
 
Though just 10, she is already pursuing two degrees in her native Mexico, one in systems engineering and the other in industrial engineering with a focus on mathematics.
 
Adhara was bullied at school by her mates who branded her a "weirdo" or "oddball", NBC San Diego reports.
 
As a result, the child decided she did not want to go to school anymore so her mother, Nallely Sánchez, decided to seek help for a different education plan. 
 
Then it was revealed that she possessed the remarkable IQ of 162.
 
Following that she sped through the school system and graduated high school by the age of just eight. She has also represented her university, Universidad CNCI in Monterrey, by talking about black holes at an event hosted by Tijuana's Institute of Art and Culture.
 
Adhara wants to go to the University of Arizona where she hopes to be recognised by NASA for its space exploration programme.

A woman has been left stranded after he husband walked out on her and asked her to kill their deformed baby boy whom he referred to as a ''spawn of the devil''.

Bajeneza Liberata, from Rwanda, was abandoned by her husband and her family after she gave birth to the deformed baby.

The dad insisted he had no responsibility for the child and called it the devil’s spawn before walking out on her.

This left the mother stranded as she struggled to care for herself and her child, alongside her other children.

Bajeneza told Afrimax English that she had given birth to several other children and had not experienced any issues.

As she couldn't keep up with life in the city, a good samaritan eventually offered to drive Bajeneza and her baby back to her village.

Since she returned to the village, other villagers have been tormenting her, making fun of the baby and calling it a monster and an "alien".

Bajeneza has been struggling to care for herself and her son who appears to be in a lot of pain. She said she doesn't even know what condition her child is suffering from.

A GoFundMe page has since been set up which is raising money to send Bajeneza and her child abroad for treatment.

It reads: "This baby was born like this, people call him an alien because of the way he looks, his mother was abandoned by his father when his eyes landed on the baby at first sight.

"She struggles with him each and every day, she moved to the village and left her other children on their own in the city, to come to this village and seek help which she failed to find.

"She is now asking for help to take the baby abroad because in this country it’s not possible. Please donate to save his life."

 He disclosed that the aroma of cooked noodles filled the house so he went into the kitchen and found that the plumber had used his gas to cook.

A man was left in shock after he discovered that a plumber he left in his home to fix his kitchen tap had made himself at home by cooking a pot of noodles in his house.

The man said he left the plumber alone at home but told his neighbour to supervise.

Later in the day, he returned home unannounced and noticed the plumber was looking uneasy.

He added that the aroma of cooked noodles filled the house so he went into the kitchen and found that the plumber had used his gas to cook his noodles.

He found the pot if noodles hidden behind the gas cylinder.

The man said he simply gave the plumber water to go with the noodles he cooked.

A Nigerian man has found out that the little girl he believed was his daughter actually belongs to another man.
 
Eguveso Enifome took to his social media page to lament after DNA test showed that his daughter isn't his.
 
A disappointed Enifome in a series of posts shared on his Facebook page said he reached out to a young lady who according to him, he always had sex with while in school, to congratulate her on the birth of her child. He said it was when he reached out to her to congratulate her that she told him that the baby girl was his. He said when the matter got to his parents, they told him the baby girl looked like him and he accepted the child and began to play his role as her dad.
 
Enifome began to have some doubts and decided to carry out a DNA test on the little girl. He said their samples were taken and sent over to the US for examination, The result returned today and it showed he is not the father of the little girl.
 
In a video shared, the distraught young man said 
 
''I ahve always said it from day one that the possibility of this child being mine is very low because when she was pregnant I was not aware. She was pregnant, two or three years later that she came saying she is your child. I was the one who even reach out to her to say I heard you have given birth. She said ''It is your child''. I was like ' which dirty child?'. She said a pastor told her that the father would ask of her.

I agree when we were in school we were together for sometime. She was not dating only me. We were many. I was just a side nigga, She had a boyfriend. 

When she was pregnant, I was not aware. Two years later she came saying she was my child. She took the baby to my dad, my dad accepted., saying the child resembled me. ''

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress and former Lagos State Governor, has received Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State and his Ekiti State counterpart, Kayode Fayemi, in London, United Kingdom, where he is currently recuperating.

SaharaReporters had reported that the APC leader underwent two surgeries within a month.

The two governors among other discussions reportedly touched on political events in the country and the clamour for the South-West presidency in 2023 as well as the cementing of the emergence of Tinubu.

The duo were captured in a trending picture on Wednesday with Tinubu in London on a purported solidarity visit.

Asides Fayemi and Akeredolu, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Tinubu’s godson, had first visited the APC National Leader in July.

President Muhammadu Buhari also made a surprise visit to Tinubu in London where the former governor was seen leaning on a walking stick.

Also, a former National Legal Adviser of the APC, Dr. Muiz Banire visited the former governor of Lagos to express solidarity with him and to wish him quick recovery.

SaharaReporters had earlier in the month reported that Tinubu underwent a knee surgery at the John Hopkins University Hospital in Maryland, US.

The APC chieftain, it had been learnt, left the US for the United Kingdom on crutches, a few days after the surgery.

Sources close to Tinubu told SaharaReporters that he wanted the surgery in Paris, France but changed his plan over rumours of his death.

“Tinubu had his second surgery at John Hopkins University in Maryland recently. He was accompanied by a popular Nigerian doctor in Chicago. He had wanted the surgery in Paris but when rumour was rife about his death, he hurriedly left for Nigeria and went to John Hopkins,” one of the sources had said.

"He left the US for the UK on crutches," another source had revealed.

SaharaReporters had on July 31 reported that Tinubu, who had had several medical trips this year alone, had a surgery about two weeks earlier and could be billed for another one.

The APC National Leader has been off official and party functions in the country for a while, amidst talks that he is being positioned for the 2023 presidency to succeed the incumbent repressive regime of Buhari.

“Tinubu is hospitalised in Maryland, US. His health is failing. He couldn’t participate in launching his Arewa library, and he couldn’t participate in the Local Government Area elections last week. He could not attend today’s APC congress due to health reasons. He had a surgery last week,” an authoritative source had disclosed to SaharaReporters.

A Kogi-based crossdresser has been disgraced in public.
 
IIyasu was apprehended yesterday, Wednesday morning by a vigilante group in charge of Adavi Local Government and forced to go on his knees in public begging for his life.
 
Atuluku Victor Levi, the senior special assistant on New Media to Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello shared photos of the suspect via his Facebook account.
 
The suspect had claimed to be a dancer but he’s yet to disclose his motive in the area because nobody could identify him as part of the community or have met him before.
 
The Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami has instructed the Vigilante Group to hand over the man to Nigeria Army for further questioning and find the motive behind his moves.
 
Sharing the photos on his Facebook, SSA to the governor captioned it:
 
”Bobrisky, you sabi he/her? I just wan know before we continue dis matter 4 Kogi.”
 
When a follower enquired the identity of the person, Mr Atuluku said “disguised for criminality but caught in my dear Kogi State”
 
The photos have been greeted with a lot of reactions from social media as users questioned his crime while others commend the Vigilante group on a job well done.

Details have emerged how a jilted lover hired armed robbers to kill her ex lover.
 
Comedian, Gabriel Uzoma, reportedly escaped assassination attempt after his jilted lover, Victory Kelechi Joseph came for his life.
 
The armed robbers stormed his house in Lagos in military uniforms to kill him.
 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Uwagboe Street, Ipaja area of Lagos, where Uzoma resides with his friends.
 
According to the residents, Uzoma narrowly escaped the onslaught because he did not return home that day but his friends, found in his house identified as Emmanuel Eldon and Austine Alfred, were brutally attacked at gun point.
 
The armed men reportedly invaded the house to attack Uzoma but when they did not find him, they damaged the television, carted away two laptops, Canon camera including money belonging to Uzoma to the tune of N555, 000 and escaped.
 
After the robbery operation, Victory Kelechi Joseph was said to have been given N20,000 as compensation for her own share of the loot.
 
The incident was reported to the Police at Ipaja Division, who trailed the 20-year Victory Kelechi to her hideout. She was arrested and detained at the Police Station for interrogation.
 
The victim, Gabriel Uzoma, who was still in shock, told P.M.EXPRESS that Kelechi was his girlfriend but later left for sometime before she returned and pleaded to live with him because she did not want to live with her parents and her sister.
 
He said he told her that it was no longer possible because he was living with his friends and she also pleaded with him to engage her in her comedy show to play a role, which he obliged her.
 
However, on the day they agreed to go to the hotel in Badaro area of the State, where the comedy show will take place, Kelechi was late and her role was given to another person to perform, which led to serious disagreement between them.
 
According to Gabriel Uzoma, during interrogation, Kelechi admitted she engaged four armed men in uniform and only knew one of them, the remaining three were not known to her. She also admitted after the operation that she was given N20,000 as compensation.
 
She also alleged that Gabriel Uzoma took advantage of her by attempting to sleep with her, which made her to arrange the suspects now at large to attack him.
 
The lady, Kelechi, reportedly told the Police that Uzoma wanted to rape her when he invited her to the hotel for the show, which Uzoma denied and said she had been his lover, with whom he had done many things together and the issue of raping her was not in the picture.
 
When P.M.EXPRESS correspondent visited Ipaja Police Station, the DPO was said to have gone on routine security monitoring in the area.
 
However, Police sources said the matter has been transferred to the SCID, Panti, Yaba, for further investigation and both parties were referred to Panti by the DPO over the matter, which was slated to further date for investigation.

A young Flight Lieutenant among military officers killed by bandits on Tuesday at the Nigerian Defence Academy has been identified as Chinecherem Okoronkwo.
 
Recall that bandits on Tuesday, August 24, attacked the permanent site of the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna State, killing two officers and abducting one other officer who was later found dead.
 
Chinecherem Okoronkwo, who was killed by bandits on Tuesday, was expecting his first child with his wife after four years of marriage, before tragedy struck, a family source told LIB.
 
Until his death, Flt Lt. Okoronkwo was the Head of Department, Department of Laboratory Services, Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna.
 
He got his first degree from University of Calabar where he was the General Secretary at the school's fellowship, CASOR.
 
He then proceeded to the University of Nigeria where he studied Medical Laboratory Science.
 
The National Director of CASOR, Dr. Amaefule Emeka-Charles, mourned Okoronkwo on the fellowships Facebook group, writing: "I reget to announce the demise of Amb. Chinecherem Okoronkwo who met his untimely death on Monday, August 23, 2021, in the hands of the dreaded bandits, when they raided Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna. Bro. Okoronkwo was former CASOR General Secretary and lead singer, University of Calabar and until his death, the Head, Medical Laboratory Unit, NDA Kaduna.

"Left to mourn him is his heart-broken pregnant wife who is yet to deliver their first baby, 4 years after their wedding. All Casorites and CASOR alumni are to observe a minute silence in every of their meetings in honor of the departed brother."

Shocking footage of the aftermath of the attack has been shared on Facebook.

David Zaion, a member of the community, who confirmed the attack, said the bandits invaded the community and started killing.

‘We have recovered 36 corpses of people who were killed by the Fulani, most of the corpses were burnt beyond recognition,’ he said.

She was sworn in at the stroke of midnight Tuesday, taking control of a state government desperate to get back to business after months of distractions over sexual harassment allegations against Andrew Cuomo.
 
The ABC 7 reports that the Democrat from western New York was sworn in as governor in a brief, private ceremony in the New York State Capitol overseen by the state’s chief judge, Janet DiFiore.
 
The new governor tweeted immediately after:
