A man has reportedly slumped and died inside a church during prayers in a community in Delta State.

It has been reported that a mentally challenged man and former member of the Ogor vigilance group, Monday Edejere, has died in a church in Evwreni community, in the Ughelli North council area of Delta State.
 
According to Punch Metro, the church’s founder, Prophet Moses Uregbu, was reportedly praying for him when he slumped and died on Monday.
 
A source said the victim, who was taken to the prophet for spiritual healing by his relatives, was allegedly flogged during the prayers.
 
The prophet and some members of the church reportedly battled to revive him, but failed.
 
The President-General of Evwerni community, Chief Victor Ohare, said the case was reported at the Police ‘A’ Division, Ughelli.
 
“We don’t know if he was flogged by the prophet,” he added.
 
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Andrew Aniamaka, said the prophet had been arrested.
 
He said, “One Micheal Edejere reported that on February 25, 2018, he took his sick brother, Monday Edejere, to Pastor Moses Uregbu for healing, but that on April 2, information got to the family that Monday had died. The family is claiming that the young man died because of the injuries on his body. Investigation is ongoing.”

At least twelve persons have been confirmed killed in a bank robbery that occurred on Thursday evening in Offa, Kwara State as many described it as the bloodiest bank robbery in the state.

Some daredevil armed robbers on Thursday, stormed about five banks in Offa, in the Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State, and killed no fewer than six policemen and six others, including residents and bank customers.
 
According to PUNCH Metro, eyewitnesses said the men numbered close to 30, blew up entrances into the banks with dynamite in an operation which lasted for more than one hour.
 
The robbers, who entered the area around 4pm, shot continuously to scare away some residents. They reportedly blocked roads from both Ilorin and Oshogbo and entered Owode Police Station in the metropolis.
 
It was gathered that the banks allegedly affected by the raids are Guaranty Trust Bank, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Union Bank and Eco Bank.
 
The armed robbers were said to have shot dead four policemen at the division, including some complainants. Among those reportedly killed by the robbers were a police officer, who was expected to retire in the next few months, and a pregnant policewoman.
 
It was learnt further that the gunmen made away with millions of naira after shattering bank buildings, terrorising workers, customers and passersby, as well as traders and other people in the vicinity.
 
While speaking to a correspondent, a witness said he saw the corpses of six policemen. “The ground was littered with corpses. Many people died. I counted six corpses of some policemen at the scene,” he said.
 
An Internet user said cars on the banks premises were also burnt. He said, “My siblings just came back home. They were on their way back to church and were caught in the crossfire close to Zenith Bank.
 
“According to them, no military force confronted the robbers throughout the operation. They used dynamite and crazy guns.
 
“They saw four people killed. They would have been killed because after they (robbers) finished the operation, a few of them opined that they should release gunfire on them (my siblings and those close to them), but a man, who seemed to be their boss, told them they had little time left and had no option than to exit immediately. Cars were burnt; cars were stolen. They exited through Igbosun route.”
 
The Kwara State Police Public Relations Officer, Ajayi Okasanmi, confirmed the robbery in a telephone chat. He also confirmed that there were casualties, but he could not confirm the number of dead people and how much was stolen.
 
Okasanmi said, “It is true that there were attacks on some banks at Offa, but I cannot identify the banks now. I learnt that there were casualties, but I cannot confirm the number until I am briefed. But more policemen have been deployed in the area and they have restored calm.”

Aisha Yesufu, co-convener of BringBackOurGirls, BBOG, advocacy group on Wednesday made fresh claims on why Boko Haram abducted some students of Government Girls Science Technical College in Dapchi, Yobe State.
 
Yesufu claimed that the abduction of the girls was a move aimed at paving the way for President Muhammadu Buhari’s approval of $1billion to purchase equipment for the fight against Boko Haram insurgency.
 
Buhari had earlier today, Wednesday approved the sum for the fight against insurgency. In a tweet, the activist, insisted that the abduction, release and refusal of Boko Haram to free Leah Sharibu was scripted.
 
She tweeted, “Dear Nigerian Citizens, this is what the recent heightened attacks by insurgents and killings have been about.

Two ladies who are actually twin sisters have stunned people all over the internet with their jaw-dropping of flexibility.

These stunning acrobatic twins are taking social media by storm with 1.8 million YouTube subscribers.
 
Teagan and Samantha Rybka, 22, share their incredible talent of flexibility and rigorous six hour-a-day training regime online.
 
The bendy duo, from Perth, Australia, started acrobatics at the age of three with the help of their mum, also an acrobat.
 
Samantha spoke about the formative years that started the girls on their journey to prime time Saturday night television, after they appeared on Season 7 of Simon Cowell's Australia's Got Talent.
 
She said: “We have been doing acrobatics since we were three years old and dancing since the age of six.

"Neither of us were born naturally flexible in the back or legs, but our mum inspired us as she was an amazing acrobat when she was younger.

"She shared her passion with us and taught us loads of acro tricks at home. With her help, that of our teachers and our own determination to get better we both worked slowly and gradually on our flexibility and technique everyday through the years.

"We have constantly use each other as healthy competition, if one got a new trick, the other one would keep practicing over and over until they got it too, we always wanted to do the exact same tricks!"
 
 
After years of painstakingly perfecting their craft, which also incorporates dance, the twins got their big break in 2013, when they made it to the Australia's Got Talent semi-finals and have since gone on to travel the world to perform.
 
Teagan said: “Australia's Got Talent definitely kick started our career.

"Our audition was broadcast on TV all around the world and then on YouTube where it has collected 18 million views!

"It helped people find us and discover what we can do, we then kept showing our talent on social media and eventually our own YouTube channel.

"Being on YouTube has given us a lot of exciting opportunities to travel to many different places and meet so many interesting people including the cast of the cult TV show, Dance Moms."
 
Teagan discussed how her and her sister's relationship has developed as they have got older and the work that goes in to maintaining their bendy bodies.

"We are super close and have only just got our own rooms after sharing a room for 21 years," she added.

"We have always done everything together, same school, same dance classes, same university degrees and same jobs!”
 
The sisters even have the same hobbies, fashion sense and likes.
 
Teagan added: “There is hardly a moment when we aren't together, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

"We definitely weren't born flexible although everyone assumes we were as they just see us as we are now.

"They didn't see the hours and hours of hard work and dedication to stretching. We have also worked towards being contortionists meaning we were constantly pushing our boundaries every day.

"We have a set six-hours per-day where we go to train at a studio for dancing and acrobatics, but we also put in more hours at home, trying new tricks and perfecting old ones.

"We search for stretching tutorials online or make up stretches that we feel really work for us. We try so many different ways and methods and have to make sure we keep doing them until we reach our flexibility goals."
 
 
Samantha described the reaction they get to what they do before passing on her advice to anyone looking to take up something similar.
 
She said: “Most of the time people are pretty freaked out at what we do, especially if we do something really bendy.

"If we are taking a photo or filming a stunt in public lots of people stop to watch and start taking pictures too.

"We perform in big shows, corporate events, parties and weddings as well as performing to the world by posting weekly videos to our YouTube channel.

"We couldn't be more amazed or appreciative of every single one of our subscribers, we are so thankful and absolutely love to know that what we are doing is making people smile and be happy.”
 
Now she’s encouraging others who are looking to take up the sport to be safe.
 
Samantha explained: “I'd advise anyone looking to take up acrobatics to train safe. Slowly and gradually listen to your body and don't give up, keep going and believe in yourself!

"Remember that nothing is a failure if you are willing to give it a go and give it your best shot in the first place. Every fail or mistake is a learning curve and chance to reflect about what you need to change or do to improve.

"If you have discipline, drive and determination nothing is impossible, and the possibilities are endless."

A woman left many people with serious gunshot injuries after she stormed YouTube headquarters and attacked staff with gun.

Terrified employees fled as gunfire rang out at YouTube's sprawling headquarters in San Bruno, California, on Tuesday, prompting a massive police response and evacuation as victims were transported to nearby hospitals. San Bruno police identified the suspect late Tuesday as Nasim Najafi Aghdam, 39, who was found dead from what authorities believe is a self-inflicted gunshot wound. 
 
San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini said three people were transported to local hospitals with gunshot wounds.
 
His department said it is working to identify a motive for the shooting. Earlier reports indicated the suspect may have known one of the victims, but police said late Tuesday that "at this time there is no evidence that the shooter knew the victims of this shooting or that individuals were specifically targeted."
 
Barberini said police arrived on scene at 12:48 p.m. local time and encountered frantic employees fleeing the building. "It was very chaotic as you can imagine," he said.
 
Responding officers encountered one victim with a gunshot wound toward the front of the building before finding the deceased suspect, Barberini said. Several minutes later, police located two additional victims at an adjacent building.
 
Barberini later said the suspect used a handgun and there was no further threat to the community.
 
San Bruno police investigate motive
Police said they are investigating the motive for the shooting, but Aghdam's videos and website are filled with criticism of YouTube. Sources said she initially asked for one of the male victims by name, and that she used 9mm handgun during the shooting.
 
Jaclyn Schildkraut, an expert on mass shootings research and assistant professor at the State University of New York (SUNY), told CBS News it was "very uncommon" to see a female suspect carry out this type of shooting.
 
Women made up of only four percent of mass shooting suspects in the U.S. between 1966 and 2016, Schildkraut said. However, Tuesday's shooting might not fit the definition of a mass shooting. The Gun Violence Archive defines it as four or more people shot or killed --  excluding the shooter.

Suspect criticized YouTube
The suspect's father, Ismail Aghdam, told CBS Los Angeles his daughter had gone missing for several days, and that he called police because he was concerned over her recent anger at YouTube. He said police eventually found his daughter and said she was in a car in Mountain View, about 28 miles south of San Bruno.
 
When the family realized she was close to YouTube's headquarters, they told police she said the company was "ruining her life." He said police told the family they would keep an eye on her. The family believes she did not know anyone at YouTube personally.
 
A Mountain View Police spokesperson confirmed to CBS News that they located a woman by the same name asleep inside a car early Tuesday. They confirmed that this was a missing person from Southern California and had notified her family.
 
Ismail Aghdam told Mercury News his daughter was angry because the company stopped paying for content she posted online. 
 
Her website accuses "new closed-minded" YouTube employees of reducing her view count, suppressing her and discouraging her from creating content on the video platform. In a now-deleted video, she complained that YouTube began filtering her page and adding age restrictions her videos.
 
Hospital update on victims
A spokesman for San Francisco General Hospital told CBS News it has received three patients: a 36-year-old man in critical condition, a 32-year-old woman in serious condition and a 27-year-old woman in fair condition. 
 
Heavily armed police surrounded the facility, with armed SWAT vehicles stationed outside. Police officers could be seen patting down employees evacuating the campus to a nearby parking lot, where they were surrounded by police cars.
 
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said President Trump has been briefed on the shooting and they are "monitoring the ongoing situation."
 
Mr. Trump tweeted his "thoughts and prayers" to everyone involved.
 
The FBI and San Francisco Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said it was responding to the scene.
 
Several employees tweeted they heard gunfire Tuesday afternoon. Vadim Lavrusik said he barricaded himself and others inside a room before they were able to escape safely.
 
Todd Sherman, a product manager at the company, tweeted that he "saw blood drips on the floor and stairs."
 
Google, YouTube's parent company, said in a statement that they are "coordinating with authorities and will provide official information here from Google and YouTube as it becomes available."
 
Google CEO Sundar Pichai said the company is doing everything it can to support the victims and their families.

"I know a lot of you are in shock right now. Over the coming days, we will continue to provide support to help everyone in our Google family heal from this unimaginable tragedy," Pichai said in a statement.

Where is San Bruno?
YouTube's headquarters is about 12 miles south of downtown San Francisco, close to San Francisco International Airport. It encompasses about 200,000 square feet, and YouTube leases the building from Gap, Inc., according to a 2017 article in the San Francisco Business Times.
 
Google says there are more than 1,100 employees at the office and that YouTube is San Bruno's largest employer, with a variety of people dedicated engineering and sales. About 43,000 residents live in the city.
 
The owner of a nearby restaurant told CBS News he was outside smoking a cigarette when he heard several pops. Denny, who didn't want to give his last name, said there was a brief pause in the gunfire before it continued. He said he heard a total of about 15 to 17 shots.

"It went on for awhile, those shots, it wasn't like emptying the clip like 'boom boom boom,' it was more of a slower pace," Denny said.

A video has shown the shocking moment some daredevil thieves were caught on camera stealing from a car in broad daylight.
 
In the video, a young man wearing a white shirt and milky trousers is seen trying to gain access into the car by forcing its glass open. While he is at it, his accomplice is seen by a gate keeping watch for any intruder.
 
The man by the car succeeds in forcing the glass open and reaches inside the car making away with some bags from it. He hands one of the bags to his accomplice and they both disappear from sight.
 
The video footage which has since gone viral, was captured shot on a street in South Africa where car jacking is quite rampant.

The army has released a statement today reacting to reports that its men killed a 27-year-old man by beating him to death.

The Nigerian army has reacted to news that soldiers of Operation Ayem Akpatuma (Cat Race) allegedly beat a 27-years-old man, Yusufa Haruna, to death at Mbamga in Sarduana local government area of the Taraba state last week.

The attention of the Nigerian Army has been drawn to newspaper reports particularly an online medium, sunnews online.com of 2 April 2018 where it was alleged that soldiers deployed on Exercise AYEM AKPATUMA beat 27 years old man, Yusuf Haruna to death at Mbanga in Sardauna Local Government Area of Taraba State. This allegation is misleading and untrue. 
 
The Nigerian Army wishes to put the record straight to avoid misinforming the general public.
 
Contrary to this allegation, the deceased was a notorious youth who lived in Mbara quarters of Mbanga Community. He was known to be engaging in all forms of criminal activities. He was apprehended by troops deployed on Exercise AYEM AKPATUMA and while making efforts to hand him over to the police for questioning, he however escaped from custody. The soldiers were later informed that he died at the Family Health Care Hospital Mbanga.
 
The deceased was not beaten nor tortured as reported by some section of the media. The deceased was said to be an epileptic patient according to a source from the Family Health Care Hospital Management.
 
The Nigerian Army wishes to caution the media to always cross checked their fact before rushing to the press and be objective in their reportage of security related issues.
 
Furthermore, the general public is advised to report suspected movements in their areas to the nearest security agency for prompt action.

The Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha has revealed why he weeps every night in recent times ahead of the 2019 general elections.

While speaking during a church service to mark the Easter Monday celebration at Okigwe Catholic diocese, the Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, on Monday, said the South-East people are at a disadvantaged position ahead of the 2019 presidential election.
 
The influential politician disclosed that the ongoing voters’ registration by the Independent National Electoral Commission which showed that the South-East had the least number of registered voters “makes him weep every night.”
 
The chairman of APC governors urged the Catholic Church bishops to keep sensitising their congregation to the need to go and obtain their voter cards.
 
Okorocha said; “A particular scenario makes me cry; INEC’s data shows that South-South has nine million registered voters, North-Central, 12 million registered voters, North-East, 15 million registered voters, South-West, 14 million registered voters, North-West, 18 million registered voters, while South-East has just eight million registered voters.
 
“This situation makes me cry. I weep every night because of this development. This means that we have lost out before the 2019 election. If care is not taken, we will make ourselves slaves.
 
“My lord bishop, please tell our people to register. Our bishops must encourage Igbo people to register now. I have started shouting again, the same way I shouted in 2015.
 
“If Yoruba people can jettison tribal politics in 2015 to ensure that the APC won, Igbo people can do the same in 2019. Today, the Yoruba people are occupying sensitive positions in the Federal Government.”

Bambam was apparently one of the most talked about Big Brother Naija housemates during her time in the house for some obvious reasons. Nigerians observed that her intimacy with fellow housemate, Teddy A, was real and seemingly unbreakable.

The passengers of a commercial bus in the city of Lagos had their lives cut short in the most tragic way after the bus was involved in a tragic car crash.

An electric pole which fell on a commercial bus in Lagos on Wednesday morning, has led to the tragic death of three persons who were feared killed while many were injured, during the accident which happened between Ilasa and Itire area of the state.
 
According to DailyTrust, the rescuers which include Policemen from Ilasa and Itire Divisions as well as officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), fire fighters are presently on ground to salvage the situation.
 
A Police source said; "Many persons were injured and 3 persons dead. The accident was caused by a pole which fell on a moving commercial vehicle. Our policemen are on the ground."

The wife of Sokoto State Governor, Maryam Mairo Tambuwal has shared remarkable transformation photos of a mentally ill woman she rescued and rehabilitated in the state after she had given birth in the street.
 
Taking to her official Facebook page, Mairo narrated the story of Boka, a woman, who suffers from mental illness in Shira LGA of Bauchi State and how she was successfully rehabilitated by the wife of Bauchi State Governor, Hajia Hadiza Abubakar. She also posted pictures of Boka, before and after her rehabilitation.

A few months ago, Some friends and acquaintances tagged me on a post by a freelance journalist, Haruna Muhammad Salisu, who wrote about a woman suffering from mental illness popularly called Boka.  I immediately contacted the wife of the Bauchi state Governor, H.E Hadiza Abubakar for her intervention in the plight of the lady.
 
Her Excellency was swift and the needful was done. She responded on her very first step to saving Boka thus:

"Glad to inform you that Boka has been successfully  reunited with her family in the village of Sambuwal Shira. Her brother has given her a room in his house while govt will take care of her living expenses. I will figure out how to rehabilitate her on a more permanent basis by the time she regains her physical and emotional  balance. Thanks for bringing her case to my attention."
 
Haruna Mohammed described the situation of Boka in the following words:
 
Boka is a mad woman that gave birth on the street. Her real name is Lami from Shira LGA of Bauchi State. I saw her lying by the road side with her little baby on my way to Shira town to meet with parents of out of school children on a USAID funded project I supervise. I asked the driver to stop. I quickly got down and approached the woman. At first I was sceptical – understandably not to be trapped by a wild woman, since I do not know the trajectory of her insanity. I enquired from some passersby. I learnt she is simple.
 
Boka after she was rehabilitated
 
I was encouraged by Suleiman Adamu from Shira to go ahead and talk to her. I did. In spite of her state of affairs, Boka could coherently articulate her points and would tell you all that befalls her. She told me that she was impregnated by a man from Adamami, a village not far away from Shira town. Boka’s condition and her innocent child left me bewildered for many reasons.
 
One; her pregnancy is not Mary’s type (Maryam AS)—Jesus’ mother. She was impregnated by one of society’s condemnable fellows who betrays human conscience. The doer is one of the most horrific creatures that walk on this earth. Most wicked, wild and nasty.
 
Two; the whole community where the filthy fellow committed his dastardly act could not do anything to apprehend him and bring him to book despite their knowledge of him. He’s freely conducting his businesses at the mercy and reckless tolerance of the community.
 
Three; the community watches as the  woman roams about with her innocent Zainab amidst winter, sleeping outside, sometimes by the road side without any form of shelter and cloth for the little baby. This banality of social isolationism is the most dangerous and delusionary form of intolerance I have ever seen.
 
Four; no one is disturbed by the innocence of the little baby, let alone offer refuge of any kind—if not for the mother.
 
Five; the baby is exposed to several dangers: she eats and drinks from the scraps and remains of her mother’s collection from the dustbin— since that is where the mother collects her food.
 
Six; the innocent baby was vaccinated only once, as testified by the mother. Impliedly, she is vulnerable to all kinds of sicknesses and diseases since her mother is unaware of any form of vaccination let alone think of getting one for her baby.
 
 
Seven; I was more puzzled by the lack of sympathy and empathy exhibited by the host communities—shira-Azare axis who watch Boka wander around with her Zainab in tatters. It speaks volumes about our collective self-deception and failure. It is more unfortunate that this woman roams around within the glare of Shira local government officials as my investigations reveal. They were not moved by an inch to rehabilitate Boka and her little Zainab. What a society!
 
I am making a special case for her shortly. I hope this write-up accelerates the process. People of conscience should rescue Boka and her Zainab. Come to her aid! Please come to her aid quickly! History will not forgive us if we turn away and ignore plights of Boka and her little Zainab.
 
The dominant Islamic enclave, Islamic organizations, traditional institutions and other custodians of the society's values should step up with more campaigns and awareness that could clearly denounce such inhumane exploitation of lunatics, not just Boka. Lastly, Boka deserves justice.
 
Human right NGOs and legal practitioners should pick up the challenge to initiate legal tussle that would eventually “reward” the culprit accordingly!
 
After some months of rehabilitation, I was pleased when Her Excellency , Dr. Hadiza Abubakar yesterday informed me on Boka’s progress so far and sent pictures of a stable woman as of today ! Alhamdulillah.

Contrary to wide insinuations, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company is not the first and only indigenous producer in the country, other persons and groups are also in the business.

The land is replete with Nigerians who have also ventured into the business of producing automobiles – or, as in some cases, contraptions that resemble vehicles. 
 
The products of these Nigerian “automakers” might not exactly have the finesse or the aesthetic attraction of an Innoson brand of vehicle – neither do they have the elaborate factory setup like Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company. However, their drive to fabricate something out of something should count for something.
 
Anyway, Autojosh presents some “vehicles” produced by some determined and some rather ambitious Nigerians.
 
Meanwhile, Nigerians have been making jokes out of the pictures of the locally-made vehicles on this post.

Mark Zuckerberg has been under fire recently following the Cambridge Analytica scandal but this hasn't deterred him from criticizing the producers of iPhone.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg remained silent for far too long following the revelation that a shady political consultancy firm called Cambridge Analytica was able to steal personal data belonging to an estimated 50 million people using Facebook’s own tools. Now that Zuckerberg has broken his silence, however, he can’t stop talking.
 
The Facebook co-founder and chief executive issued an initial statement nearly two weeks ago, and he has since apologized in a full-page newspaper ad as well as in several interviews. Of course, we’ve all been down this road many times before. Facebook screws up, Zuckerberg apologizes, Facebook makes a few changes to privacy controls, and the commotion slowly fades away until the next big privacy scandal pops up. Lather, rinse, repeat.
 
The Cambridge Analytica scandal is a big one, though. It is perhaps one of the biggest privacy scandals in Facebook’s history, which is long and full of privacy scandals.
 
Using Facebook’s developer tools, the company was able to harvest private data belonging to more than 50 million Facebook users by circulating a fake “personality quiz” that was completed by only a few hundred thousand users. Facebook has been the target of a great deal of criticism since a whistleblower brought this scandal to light, and now Mark Zuckerberg has responded to one of Facebook’s highest-profile critics: Apple CEO Tim Cook.
 
Apple’s Tim Cook is the CEO of the biggest publicly traded company in the United States, and he used the Facebook/Cambridge Analytica scandal as an opportunity to remind the world that Apple values its customers’ privacy. While companies like Facebook and Google make money by learning as much as possible about users to serve them targeted advertisements, Apple makes money by overcharging for cell phones.
 
Both strategies have pros and cons, but the latter prevents Apple from having to deal with the blowback from privacy scandals akin to Facebook’s current predicament.
 
In an interview on MSNBC with host Chris Hayes last week, Cook had a lot to say about Facebook and its most recent privacy scandal. When Hayes asked the CEO what he would do if he ever found himself in Zuckerberg’s current situation, he offered a great response: “I wouldn’t be in this situation.”
 
As we all know, the user is the product with free services like Google’s search engine or Facebook’s social network. Google and Facebook are advertising companies. Cook reiterated that Apple doesn’t collect data and sell ads the way Facebook does, so the customer is not the product.
 
“[Apple could] make a ton of money if we monetized our customer,” Cook told Hayes during the interview. “We’ve elected not to do that.”
 
Cook continued, “I think it’s an invasion of privacy. I think it’s – privacy to us is a human right. It’s a civil liberty, and in something that is unique to America, this is like freedom of speech and freedom of the press and privacy is right up there for us. And so, we’ve always done this. This is not something that we just started last week when we saw something happening. We’ve been doing this for years.”
 
Well, it’s been almost a week since that interview, and now Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has finally issued a public response. In an interview on a podcast with Vox co-founder Ezra Klein, Zuckerberg called Cook’s remarks “extremely glib and not aligned with the truth.” He went even further, suggesting that Cook was quick to tear apart Facebook’s business model when his company’s own model isn’t very consumer friendly.
 
“I think it’s important that we don’t all get Stockholm Syndrome and let the companies that work hard to charge you more convince you that they actually care more about you,” Zuckerberg said. “Because that sounds ridiculous to me.”
 
Zuckerberg went on to explain that Facebook is one of several ad-supported online products, claiming that its goal is to connect everyone, even those who cannot afford to pay for such a service.“The reality here is that if you want to build a service that helps connect everyone in the world, then there are a lot of people can’t afford to pay,” he said.
 
“And therefore, as with a lot of media, having an advertising-supported model is the only rational model that can support building this service to reach people.”

Juventus goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon has likened Real Madrid's star, Cristiano Ronaldo to Pele and Diego Maradona.

Even though Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals to ruin Gianluigi Buffon's Champions League dreams, the goalkeeper was full of praise for the Real Madrid man after Tuesday night's 3-0 win for Los Blancos.
 
Ronaldo scored a brace in Los Blancos’ quarterfinal first-leg win over the defending Serie A champions.
 
The second was a brilliant overhead kick, that left Buffon stranded.
He said; “He’s one of those players who can have such a huge influence over the number of games and titles their sides win.
 
"Ronaldo is a player who is at an incredible level. Ronaldo's worth is comparable to [Diego] Maradona, [Lionel] Messi or Pele.
"My Champions League dream isn't possible because the best has stopped it.
He also had kind words to the Real Madrid team as a whole. "We played against champions of an incredible level," he added.
"Their ability makes everything much more difficult and it forced us to become less precise than usual.
"It is hugely disappointing and in the end we probably won't progress.But it is also true that in certain situations you must take stock and compliment an opponent that was stronger."
 
The return leg takes place in Madrid next Wednesday.

A pastor with the Deeper Life Bible church returning from Easter retreat has met his untimely death in a fatal road accident.

A Deeper Life Bible Church pastor, Ekwulu Mmili has reportedly met his untimely death after he was crushed in a fatal car accident last night at CHISCO junction Amichi, Anambra State.
 
It was gathered that the man of God was cut into two in the bloody crash forcing him to die instantly.
 
 
Before his death, Mmili was reportedly on his way back from his church’s Easter Retreat when his motorcycle, collided with a Toyota Camry car late at night.
 
Sharing the sad news, a Facebook user, Prince Samankwe wrote: "Fatal accident happened at CHISCO junction AMICHI at about 8:40pm 1st April 2018. Deeper life pastor Ekwulu Mmili was killed now."
